Keep your listing up to date
It’s important that you update your Stakeholder Register listing to ensure you're being informed and consulted about the things that matter to you. You can do this by completing the following steps:
- Login to your Stakeholder Register ‘My Account’ using your Sign on Cymru (SOC) credentials
- Click on the ‘Edit entry’ button.
- From clicking on the ‘Edit entry’ button you can:
- Update your contact details
- Update your personal details
- Update the topics you want to be consulted on
- Update your organisation details if you're registered as part of an organisation
- Remember to click ‘save’ after making any amendments to your entry.
Stakeholder Register archiving rules
In order to ensure the Stakeholder Register is kept up to date, we have implemented the following archiving rule:
- a Stakeholder Register listing will be archived if the listing owner has not logged into the Stakeholder Register for a period of 12 months
- once a listing has been archived, the listing owner will have to login to the Stakeholder Register using their SOC credentials for their listing to be reactivated
Archiving notifications
We will send alerts to the listing owner at the following time intervals:
- after 9 months of inactivity
- after 11 months of inactivity
- 7 days prior to archiving
