FAQs
The Stakeholder Register has been created to give you the chance to let us know exactly what you want to be consulted on. The register lets you choose the topics you’re interested in and then Welsh Government colleagues can contact you regarding those topics.
To create your Stakeholder Register account you need to click on ‘Sign in with SOC’ at the top right hand corner of the page.
If you already have a Sign on Cymru (SOC) account then you will need to log in with your SOC credentials. You will now be redirected to the Stakeholder Register.
If you are creating a new account please click ‘Sign up now’ where you will be asked to add your email and create a password. You will then be able to use these details to access the Stakeholder Register and our other services such as the Business Online Support Service (BOSS) and the Business Account System (BAS).
Once you have entered your email-address and received your verification code you will then need to create a password, once you have created your password you will be redirected back to the Stakeholder Register in a logged in state.
You now need to create your entry. Click ‘Get started’ and fill in the following:
- Enter your contact details
- Enter your personal details
- Enter the topics you want to be consulted on
- Enter your organisation details if you want to register as part of an organisation
If you have asked to be associated with an organisation this will require approval before your entry is published.
This information will be stored centrally so you will not need to re-enter your personal information if you wish to access BOSS, BAS or any other services which will use SOC in the future.
Log into your account and if any information needs amending you can click ‘Edit entry’.
Everyone who is interested in Welsh Government consultations, policies and communication is eligible.
